1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the jele58 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the jele58 website or services. Your continued use of jele58 following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

jele58 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the jele58 platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the jele58 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of jele58, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded from jele58 or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

jele58 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered by ineligible persons will be immediately suspended and any funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on jele58, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

Each individual may only hold one (1) active account on the jele58 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Notify jele58 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Not allow any other person to use your jele58 account.

jele58 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jele58 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under PAGCOR regulations, jele58 may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include valid Philippine government-issued identification such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jele58 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jele58 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits specified on the jele58 cashier page, which may be updated from time to time. jele58 reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with jele58's standard processing schedule. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any required KYC verification. jele58 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

All funds deposited into your jele58 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jele58 reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method if a third-party deposit is detected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jele58 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus terms applicable to all jele58 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• jele58 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• jele58 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that a player has violated these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jele58 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on jele58, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

jele58 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game environment.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, jele58 will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly and in accordance with its technical failure policy. jele58 reserves the right to void bets placed during a technical malfunction if the integrity of the game cannot be verified.

jele58 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or any other technical issue on the player's end. It is the player's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing a game session.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jele58 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the jele58 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jele58 platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the jele58 platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the jele58 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the jele58 platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jele58 staff or other players.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your jele58 account.
• Accessing jele58 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jele58 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of jele58 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jele58 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jele58 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jele58 content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the jele58 platform.
• Use the jele58 name, logo, or trademarks without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of jele58 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jele58.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jele58 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jele58 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information provided on the jele58 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the jele58 service.

jele58's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jele58 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The jele58 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Account Termination

jele58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jele58 reasonably believes that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity on the platform.
• Become ineligible to use the jele58 platform for any reason.

You may close your jele58 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jele58 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. jele58 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Amendments

jele58 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon posting of the updated Terms on the jele58 platform. Where changes are material, jele58 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the jele58 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the jele58 platform and may request account closure.
